EV Charging Networks.Done Properly.

We are appointing a panel of verified installer and civils partners. Tell us about your business, upload your documents, and we will be in touch.

Done properly means four things.

One consistent approach to cost

A uniform way of pricing, so quotes are comparable and quick to produce.

Quotes and surveys, quickly

Surveys and quotes turned around fast, so customers are not left waiting.

Clear communication through the install

Customer communication and project management from the first visit to the last.

A finished job we can hand over

A quality end product, ready for customer acceptance and handed over with all the documentation and instructions.

A growing estate, with work to match.

6,500

charge connectors we operate

5,500

of them in the UK

90%

behind the fence, at operational and depot sites

10%

public, around nine in ten of them AC

Our customers include organisations such as National Grid and police forces. We do not maintain every one of these sites yet, but we are steadily growing the number we do, so there are opportunities for installation and for maintenance.

A relationship that works both ways

Where an installer has a choice of charge point management system, we would like to earn the right to be your first choice. That is a separate conversation from this questionnaire.

How it works.

  1. 1

    Start

Enter your business name, your name and email, and accept the terms.

  2. 2

    Answer and upload

Answer the questions and upload your documents. Your answers save automatically.

  3. 3

    Come back and finish

We show you a private link when you start. Copy it, or email it to yourself, and share it with colleagues so you can complete it together. We do not email it to you.

  4. 4

    Submit, then keep editing

You can change your answers after you submit, up until the deadline. After that the form locks.

Have these to hand.

Allow about 30 minutes, plus time to find documents. You can save and come back at any point.

  • Public and employer's liability insurance levels
  • Accreditations, for example ISO, CHAS or Constructionline
  • Charge point manufacturer approvals
  • An example handover pack
  • An example GSM survey
  • Your risk assessment and method statement
  • Your maintenance packages
  • Your rate card

What happens next.

We will review every response and may call you to clarify an answer. We aim to tell everyone whether they are on our approved installer list within two weeks of the deadline. Being on the list is subject to checking your certificates and insurance. Completing the questionnaire does not guarantee an appointment, but it is the route in.

Terms and confidentiality.

Before you start, please read our questionnaire terms. In short:

  • Both sides keep each other's information confidential. We will not share your answers with other installers, and you must not share ours.
  • Completing the questionnaire is not an application for a contract and does not commit either of us.
  • We use your contact details to run this process and keep them in our customer records.
  • You accept the terms by ticking the box when you start. Our list of existing sites and the sample quote specification are shown only after that.

Start your response.

These terms include a confidentiality agreement that protects both of us. Please read them before you start.

Already started? Use your private link

When you start, we give you a private link and you can email it to yourself. Open that link to carry on where you left off. Your answers save automatically. If you have lost your link, contact us and we will send you a new one.
